RiverPark 411 is a community blog focused on, of all things,… RiverPark! It is my hope that my fellow residents will find it as a valuable resource for neighborhood news, happenings, exclusive offers from RiverPark/Oxnard businesses, and just about anything that impacts our quality of life in this unique community. This blog should also be used when Facebook and Twitter aren’t sufficient for residents to voice their opinions, advertise their goods/services, or show off their kids and pets.
Yes, it’s true that I am a REALTOR for Prudential California Realty here in Oxnard. I’ve been with them since 2002. But I’m also a resident of RiverPark and obviously have an interest in the maintenance of the promise the master developer and city of Oxnard made to the first homeowner in our community. My unique position as a REALTOR allows me to share the actual Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors (VCCAR) Multiple Listing Data (MLS) with you on this blog. It’s not sugar-coated data you might see on other sites, or out of date, or out of area data that plague sites like Zillow or Trulia, or even the national Realtor.com site. Nope. The data I post here is the real deal, and pinpoints RiverPark real estate exclusively.
Although I hope you will call on me if you ever have the need to sell, buy or rent real estate, RiverPark 411 is not intended to be primarily a real estate page. You won’t see any Prudential logos on this blog.
In fact, I intend to distance myself from this blog by appointing a few of our neighbors to help edit and provide content for RiverPark 411. If you have some spare time and help out, send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
