The Newest “Hip Foodie Spot” In The 805 Opens In Downtown Oxnard!

Don’t miss this event or you’ll regret that you did!

The White Rabbit Cafe is celebrating its Grand Opening of its 2nd location in Oxnard, CA on Saturday, June 23rd. The cafe is a derivative of  The White Rabbit Truck, whose creators include Cordon Bleu graduate (and Gordon Ramsay veteran) James Du. The concept of The White Rabbit is Filipino fusion – mostly Filipino mixed with Mexican – which translates into chicken adobo tacos, pork tocino burritos, and pork sisig “Fili” cheesesteaks. Naturally, you can trick up any of these dishes with fried eggs. White Rabbit has been recognized and featured on national TV shows such as Adam Richman‘s Man vs Food and on the Food Network.

White Rabbit’s first visit to Ventura County resulted in long lines of people willing to wait up to 2.5 hours to be served. Evidently, a majority of them thought the wait was worth while and since then, The White Rabbit Truck has continued to attract more fans with each visit to Ventura and to Oxnard’s Food Truck Nights. It seems its popularity influenced ownership that a permanent location in Oxnard will be a success.

The White Rabbit Cafe will begin serving up its delicious fare this Saturday, June 23rd at 221 W. 5th St., Oxnard, CA at 6:00PM. FREE GIVEAWAYS, LIVE MUSIC, ENTERTAINMENT, FREE FOOD (?) will be provided until Midnight.
